What are the terms of the agreement?
The initial agreement term is 1 year. After the first year, the agreement renews on a month-to-month basis, giving clients more flexibility once the initial term is complete. This structure helps PFS properly plan onboarding, storage, staffing, fulfillment workflows, and account support while still allowing businesses to adjust as their needs change over time.

How are payments processed?
Bronze and Silver Plans are billed monthly by credit card on the 5th of each month. Gold and Platinum Plans may be paid by credit card or ACH on the 5th of each month. This billing schedule helps keep fulfillment, storage, packaging, and account services organized on a predictable monthly cycle.
Shipping

How are shipping charges handled?
All non-enterprise accounts ship using PFS’s carrier accounts. Shipping charges are billed weekly based on the actual shipping activity for the account. This allows clients to access PFS-managed carrier workflows while keeping shipping costs separated from monthly service and storage billing.
Packaging

Is packaging included in the service?
Yes, standard packaging such as boxes, mailers, and cushioning materials is provided by PFS. Packaging is billed monthly based on actual consumption, so clients only pay for the materials used for their orders. Rates are provided before contract signing so businesses understand packaging costs before beginning fulfillment services.

What are the options for special handling or custom solutions?
PFS offers special handling and custom solution options based on the type of work required. Tier 1 Services include inserts, special dunnage, and basic returns handling, with pricing of Bronze $49, Silver $79, Gold $129, and Platinum $149. Tier 2 Services include special wrapping, complex returns handling, and similar higher-touch workflows, with pricing of Bronze $99, Silver $149, Gold $249, and Platinum $499.

How is pallet and bin storage calculated?
Pallet storage is calculated based on a 54-inch pallet height. Anything exceeding that height counts as two pallet locations because it requires additional warehouse space and handling consideration. Bin storage is calculated as one SKU per bin, which helps keep inventory organized, traceable, and easier to pick accurately.

Are ASNs required for inbound shipments?
Yes, an ASN, or Advanced Shipping Notice, is required for all inbound shipments. The ASN helps PFS prepare for receiving by identifying what inventory is arriving, when it is expected, and how it should be processed. This supports faster receiving, more accurate inventory counts, and smoother compliance with warehouse intake procedures.

What if I exceed my tier limits?
If usage in any category exceeds 10% over your tier limit in a given month, your account will be billed at the next tier rate the following month. The overage structure helps ensure the account is matched to the level of warehouse space, labour, and operational support required.

Can I terminate at any time?
Yes, you may terminate at any time after your first year. The first year serves as the initial agreement term, after which the account continues month-to-month. Container unloads are billed as an average over the course of the year. A 40-foot container counts as two 20-foot containers for billing and capacity purposes. This approach helps account for the warehouse labour, receiving time, and space planning required to unload and process container shipments.

Can I add additional WMS users?
Yes, additional WMS users can be added beyond your plan allowance. Each additional user is $49 per month per user. This gives teams more access to warehouse management system visibility when multiple staff members need to review inventory, orders, fulfillment activity, or account information.
