The initial agreement term is 1 year. After the first year, the agreement renews on a month-to-month basis, giving clients more flexibility once the initial term is complete. Upon termination, PFS can help dispose of products if desired or transfer the remaining inventory based on the client’s instructions. A quote will be provided at that time, depending on the volume of inventory, the handling required, and the client’s preferred next steps. This ensures products are managed properly and that any removal, transfer, or disposal costs are clearly outlined before the work is completed.

Yes, an ASN, or Advanced Shipping Notice, is required for all inbound shipments. The ASN helps PFS prepare for receiving by identifying what inventory is arriving, when it is expected, and how it should be processed.
